Dan Groth
General Manager
Dan has spent over 35 years in the construction trades before coming to HomCo. Many of those years were spent as a general contractor, building award-winning custom homes. He has extensive knowledge in material procurement, accounting, estimating, and project management. Happy to call Flagstaff home for over 35 years, Dan spent his teens in Scottsdale, Arizona and his early childhood in Pipestone, Minnesota. Dan loves his family time with his wife, three daughters, their spouses and his grandchildren. Dan enjoys work every day. "The culture at HomCo is great; it makes you smile when you walk in to work as well as when you leave for the day." As a Master Graduate of Rapport Leadership International, he enjoys sharing his leadership skills with everyone willing to learn. Away from work Dan enjoys golf, playing disc golf, and spending time with his wife, traveling whenever possible..
Donn Merrick
Contractor Sales Manager
Donn was born and raised in Flagstaff, and graduated from Coconino High School and NAU. He is a licensed Civil Engineer, and co-founder of The Dawson Merrick Children’s Foundation. Outside of work, Donn enjoys being with his family, playing golf, and cooking on his Traeger. He joined HomCo in 2011..
Michelle Wesson
Retail Operations Manager
Michelle Wesson grew up in California and moved to Flagstaff in 1995 to attend NAU. After college, she and her husband took some time off to travel by bus from San Diego CA, all through Mexico, and ended up in Costa Rica! Once back in Flagstaff, they settled into their new home where they raised their two children, Conner and Emma. Michelle loves to spend time with her family on Lake Powell and enjoys anything that involves the outdoors! Her curiosity and desire to continue to learn and grow led her to join the HomCo team! The people that she works with, the customers that she helps, the product knowledge that she has gained and working with the youngest customers during the monthly Young Builders are what inspire her most. While not a huge fan of ice-cream, a bowl of chocolate frozen yogurt will never be overlooked.
