Shop Online & Pickup at HomCo!

 

At HomCo Lumber & Hardware, we strive to be the friendliest place in Flagstaff. We understand, though, that sometimes there’s so much on your to-do list, you don’t have time for a trip to the store. That’s why we make shopping at HomCo easy, even when you’re shopping online!

 

It Is As Easy as 1-2-3...

 

 

 

STEP #1: ORDER ONLINE

Before you begin shopping, click the “Free Pickup In-Store” button. Next, browse our online inventory and add your items to your cart. Once you check out, we’ll receive your order, and a member of our team will do the legwork (literally!) for you.

 

 

STEP #2: CHECK YOUR EMAIL

Orders placed during store hours will be ready in about an hour. When your order is ready to be picked up, we’ll email to let you know.

 

 

STEP #3: PICK IT UP AT HOMCO

Whether you prefer to have a HomCo Team Member bring your order out to you, or you’d rather swing inside for a quick chat (and a cookie!) picking up your HomCo order is easy!

 

 

2 Options: Curbside Pickup & In-Store Pickup

 

 

CURBSIDE:

 

When you get to the store, park in one of the designated curbside pickup spaces outside of our contractor sales area and call the number on the sign, and make sure to have your order number and ID handy. A HomCo Team Member will bring your order out to you and load it in your trunk or back seat.

 

 

 

IN-STORE:

 

Head inside to the online order pickup area at the Buildings Material counter. A team member will greet you and retrieve your order for you. Keep your order number and ID handy, and we’ll have you back on your way in no time!

 

 

Frequently Asked Questions


If you placed an order during business hours, it should be ready in about an hour. We’ll email you a notification when we have your order ready, so keep an eye out!

After receiving your confirmation email letting you know your order is ready, head to HomCo to pick up your items. If you selected curbside pickup, park in one of the designated spots outside Contractor Sales and call the phone number on the sign to let us know you’re here. If you chose to pick up your order in-store, come on in and head to the order pickup area at the Buildings Material counter so a Team Member can assist you.

When you pick up your order, please bring your photo ID or order confirmation email. If you need to cancel your online order, call us during business hours at 928-440-9462 .


We’re always happy to search our network of distributors and warehouses for out-of-stock or hard-to-find items. If we find the item, we’ll be happy to special order it for you. Order times can vary, so please call us for an estimate of when you may receive the order.


Absolutely! Provide their first and last name and email at checkout, and we’ll send them an email when the order is ready to pick up. If you need to designate someone else to pick up your order after it’s been placed, please call the store.


If you need to cancel your online order, call us during business hours at 928-440-9462 .


  • Stock merchandise may be returned up to 90 days from original date of purchase. Item must be in original packaging and in sellable condition. There are no returns on non-stock special order items.
  • HomCo requires a receipt for all returns. Store credit will be issued if no receipt is present.
  • A name and valid phone number is required for all returns.
  • Returns will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • All apparel with detached tag will require a manager’s approval for return.
  • Apparel items cannot be returned once they have been washed.

All tool warranties are through the manufacturer.

All discounts exclude STIHL, Ariens, and Festool.


We’ll have your order available for in-store or curbside pickup for fourteen days.
