No use of coatings means you can use metal tools to flip, press and scrape without worry. It reaches over 500 deg F and heats evenly for consistently cooked food across the cooktop. Plus, adjustable feet let you level the griddle on uneven surfaces, and an expandable stand (sold separately) makes the Slate® Tabletop Griddle ideal for using at home, camping, tailgating and more.
